We had just remodeled our townhome and overnight had a sewer backup and flood 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. My daughter and granddaughter were living there and were in distress. My daughter called Zach on a Sunday evening and explained the situation. Zach was there witin the hour and set up dryers and dehumidifiers. Very friendly, professional, helpful tips to keep up my floors since I have dogs. Plus the tech before he left gave me some cleaner to help with the upkeep of my new furniture because of my dog Percy. I couldn’t have asked for a better company to take care of our needs. Amazing job, my sons room smelled like pee with multiple pee stains around his room. He was able to get it all out, and now my sons room is oder free. Smells amazing and carpet looks like new.
